Little Little Bird, say frankly, I never have the experience for hutting the job, since when we I graduated from the school, our teacher introduced me to the company which now I am working for, but till now, I worked about 5 fives, I think it's time for me to change the job.

I do agree with you. Ccmpanies are reluctant to spend so much times and money in cultivating graduates who are lack of working experience.

But for those who has good social relationship, the situation may be better.

In China maybe yes, but in oversea, that is different story. For the work permit, it is quite expensive, company would like to hire local either new graduated or experience person. So, all jobs quite difficult to get.
For employer, employee good attitude is most important.
I have read newspaper, and made call to company, emailed my CV to them. and I got the job.

yeah!Riding on bicycle to spend the spare time is really a good idea, esp along the seaside, I am dreaming of it everyday, the problem is I do not have a bicycle right now, and I want to buy one--a second hand one, But I fint it hard to get one!Is there any onte can help me?If there is any,thanks a lot.

It all depends.What is the standard for a good job?High salary?or comfortable?or full of challenges? or the one can develop your potential completely?or something else?

For some of the new graduated students, their parents have prepared a very good position in a company or in the government for them. They are worried about nothing but follow their parents' arrangement. Some of them will find a job by themselves easily, because they have high quality and much ability! Some of theml go to the talent market  everyday, but cannot find a satisfied job.
But for me I think the most important thing is wether or not you like to do the job, can you you find many interesting things in it.
That is me!
