失传已久的叫化鸡

图解:主料:嫩母鸡1只(1000克)、以头小体大、肥壮细嫩的三黄(黄嘴、黄脚、黄毛)母鸡为好。
辅料:鸡丁50克、瘦猪肉100克、虾仁50克、熟火腿丁30克、猪油400克、香菇丁20克、鲜荷叶4张、酒坛泥3000克。

图解:1.将鸡去毛,去内脏、洗净。加酱油、黄酒、盐,腌制1小时取出,将丁香、八角碾成细末,加入玉果末和匀,擦于鸡身;

弄只鸡怎么那么麻烦啊,70+90+90+前期材料准备100=350分钟!!!将近6个小时。。。晕~~
